We are a family run cider maker producing award winning traditional cider and perry from our home at the Cider Mill in the heart of Somerset. Our methods of crafting traditional cider has passed through generations of the Brunt family, allowing us to develop a reputation for delivering premium products at excellent value.
Four generations of family involvement have ensured an unbroken tradition for current father and son team Brian and Steven whose in depth knowledge and combined experience of 50 years have earned them a reputation for their skill at fermenting, maturing and expert blending of ciders using the traditional methods passed down through the years.
We produce traditional cider and perry from our current home at the Cider Mill where we have been based for the past 30 years. Our ciders are produced using English apples grown on award winning Somerset orchards. We produce a range of traditional ciders and perry which have received acclaim within the industry including the prestigious National Gold CAMRA award for our perry.
Tradition is important to us but never content to rest on our past achievements we have many new ideas planned to evolve our products and the experience we can provide from our shop at the Cider Mill, in the hope of inspiring our next generation of cider makers.
